Returns and cancellations

Oil paintings - return oil paintings in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. 

Printed materials - framed and unframed prints, cards, books - printed items are made on demand and cannot be returned for change of mind reasons.

Damaged or faulty items - every care is taken to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you will receive a full refund or replacement. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can put things right (use the 'contact us' form on the home page).

Return costs - return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Cancellations - cancel within one hour of placing your order. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help (use the 'contact us' form on the home page).

Statutory Rights - this returns policy complies with UK consumer law and does not affect your statutory rights.
